This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is short because the site collects very little.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, you provide your name, your phone number, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message.
That is all. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.
How the form actually works
The form does not send anything to a server of ours. When you press send, it opens your own email program with the message already written and addressed to us. Nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself.
That means we only ever receive what you chose to send, from your own email address.
What we do with it
We use your details to answer you and to prepare a quote. Nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing. We may pass it to a subcontractor if your job needs one, and only what that person needs in order to do the work.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies.
It stores one small item in your browser to remember whether you chose English or Spanish. That is a functional preference and nothing more.
Content loaded from elsewhere
The service area map is loaded from OpenStreetMap. When it displays, your browser contacts openstreetmap.org, and that request is covered by their privacy terms.
The link to open the area in Maps takes you to Google, where Google's terms apply.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and ask us to get in touch, we may reply by text message or by phone. Tell us to stop at any point and we will.
How long we keep it, and how to have it removed
We keep what you send for as long as we need it for the job and for our records.
If you want us to delete it, write to the email address on our contact page and we will.
